Tender description

We will be running a tender for HVAC modernization works at British Council in Georgia Rustaveli Avenue premises, in Tbilisi city centre. British Council premises are located in the three floor building and occupy middle and upper floors (the first and the second floors). The first floor is occupied by back office, reception and front office. The second floor is occupied by teaching centre of five classrooms and lobby. The project covers modernization of the ventilation and cooling system, installation of radiator system for heating, replacement of the heat boiler, insulation of the roof and some consequent interior works.
