WHC - KPI management solution built with Microsoft application

Tender description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council need to procure an experienced Microsoft specialist to provide a fully functioning Key Performance Indicator (KPI) solution built with the council’s Sharepoint/Power Automate/Power App environment.<br /><br />The current KPI solution currently holds 6 year’s worth of data that will be used to spec ongoing requirements.<br /><br />The Microsoft specialist will be required to work with and train the council IT provider in all administration and maintenance requirements.<br /><br />The successful consultant will be expected to scope the project in detail, but the Council would expect this to include an approach to:<br /><br />• Requirements Definition<br />• Design <br />• Data migration<br />• Prototyping/Development<br />• Testing<br />• Training/handover<br />• Deployment<br /><br />
