Survey of the Glenlivet Estate (plus Auchindoun)

Tender description

Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake survey work that will culminate in a Microsoft Office Excel Whole Life Cost model that projects the Whole Life Cost estimates for maintaining, renewing and decarbonizing the land and property assets under management. The objective of the project is to develop an approach and methodology that will help Crown Estate Scotland acquire a more comprehensive understanding of the longer-term costs and liabilities associated with the Glenlivet estate (plus Auchindoun area), which will in turn support strategic resource planning, and justify future expenditure as well as a strategic approach to capital investment planning.
