Market research for Provider able to provide residential care for an individual with complex mental and physical health needs. Lot 1: Scottish Borders Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers to provide a specialist residential placement for an adult female with a history of substance misuse and exploitation, and complex mental and physical health challenges which include EUPD, PTSD, anxiety, chronic suicidal ideation and brain injury. The service will ideally be delivered in or near the Scottish Borders but any location will be considered.
