North Northamptonshire Council - Provision of Information, Advice and Support Service For People With A Sensory Impairment

North Northamptonshire Council wishes to invite tender responses for the Provision of an Information, Advice and Support Service for people with a Visual and/or Hearing Impairment. The Service will be delivered across North and West Northamptonshire, due to a Partnership between North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) and West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) to provide these services.<br /><br />Both Unitary Councils have a duty under the Care Act 2014 to provide Information and Advice services for individuals who have a Visual, Hearing, or Dual Sensory Impairment. <br /><br />The Information, Advice and Support Service for people with a Visual and/or Hearing Impairment will be commissioned as two (2) lots:<br /><br />Lot 1 – Information, Advice and Support Services for people with a Visual Impairment<br /><br />Lot 2 - Information, Advice and Support Services for people with a Hearing Impairment<br /><br />The successful Supplier is expected to support North Northamptonshire Council’s long-term vision: North Northamptonshire: A place where everyone has the best opportunities and quality of life, and West Northamptonshire Council’s vision: to make West Northants a great place to live, work, visit and thrive.<br />
