This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform potential bidders that the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), intends to issue a tender to award a new Contract for the supply of Haemodialysis Consumables and Spare Parts for Artis Physio Baxter Gambro Haemodialysis Machines on behalf of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT). PaLS request that interested suppliers complete the market questionnaire attached to this PIN, an explanatory document is also attached to assist you. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the contract Authority, all correspondence in relation to this market engagement exercise will be communicated via the secure eTendersNI messaging portal. Suppliers will be required to return answers to the questionnaire and any comments NO LATER than 15.00 on Monday 4th December 2023. All Information provided in this exercise will be treated in confidence, non participation in this market engagement process does not preclude any suppliers from participating in the procurement tendering process.
