The Welsh Government wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out an evaluation of the implementation of the Real Living Wage for social care workers in Wales. The research will involve a literature review as well as process and impact evaluations. The primary research will involve engaging with stakeholders such as providers of services, commissioners, the social care workforce and people receiving care and support in Wales.
