Tender description

The works consist of the demolition of the existing buildings (garages), foundations and hard standings, and the design and construction of a series of small Light Industrial Units, comprising mainly single storey (max 1.5 storey) buildings and associated ancillary parking, refuse and cycle storage areas, together with landscaping and services. <br /><br />All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal at:<br />https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home<br />Please return your completed tender document via the Council’s e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 12 January 2024.
