Provision of a waste management service for laboratory waste in UKHSA's Chilton, Colindale and Porton sites. This includes but is not limited to clinical, hazardous and chemical waste as more particularly described in the Notes section below. Additional information: The UKHSA requires the provision of a waste management service for laboratory waste in its Chilton, Colindale and Porton sites. This includes but is not limited to clinical, hazardous and chemical waste with the services comprising: • provision of labour for the collection, handling and storage of waste; • waste collection, removal, disposal and transportation; • supply of various waste vessels; • supply of waste related consumables; • reporting and record keeping for auditing a performance management; • management of the abovementioned services and supplier; and • social value delivery. UKHSA intends to procure this requirement through Crown commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System: RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services As required for appropriate quality control, service offerings comprising more than 50% subcontracting will not be considered. UKHSA may also invite interested parties in participating in market consultation. UKHSA does not guarantee direct consultation with all interested parties, rather it will engage a sufficient number of supplier in order to build appropriate understanding of the market in shaping the tender and contract.
