Sewage treatment and maintenance

Tender description

The regular maintenance of LiveWest Assets based upon two (2) Servicing or Inspection visits per year, Desludging and emptying of sewage plants ranging from once (1) to twenty six (26) times per year. These Assets all serve domestic properties and LiveWest have a Duty to their Tenants to ensure the systems are maintained on a 24/7 basis in the best possible condition, a further aim being to reduce breakdowns to a minimum through preventative maintenance wherever possible. NOTE; For ease of description and to avoid repetition, the word “asset” has been used as a generic term and is deemed to refer to any of the following – • Septic tank and soakaway; • Sewage treatment plant and soakaway; • Single or Duplex crude sewage pumping stations or a combination that might include an effluent pump station.
