Request for Tenders (RFT) for the provision of Social Media and Online Media Monitoring Services to ComReg, Ref ComReg T10231. The Commission for Communications Regulation (“ComReg”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services. In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of assistance to ComReg, if required, in relation to Social Media and Online Media Monitoring services to • Undertake a programme of monitoring and data collection over a 3 year period • Develop a programmatic way of listening and communicating findings • Offer intelligence (data collection) and insight.
