Tender description
The Accommodation, Catering and Events department of the University of Edinburgh are replacing existing pre-2015 diesel fleet with electric vehicles for refrigerated catering deliveries. ACE are purchasing 8 FORD E-TRANSIT 350 L3 RWD 135kW 68kWh H2 Leader Van Auto in Solid Frozen White. This is in response to the incoming Low Emission Zone in Edinburgh (Low Emission Zone – The City of Edinburgh Council). Additionally, the supplier has sub-contracted the conversion of the vans to be suitable for frozen and multi-temperature applications.
