Procurement of a Mindfulness/Meditation Product/Service. The contracting authority is purchasing on behalf of the core DEFRA department and up to 12 of other Arms Length, Bodies and non departmental public bodies. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a prospective contract opportunity in connection with the procurement of a Mindfulness/Meditation Product/Service by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, its ALB’s and NDPB’s.<br/>The Product/Service shall be made available on all Internet Browsers as nominated by the Contracting Authority in addition to Apple iOS and Android devices (as a minimum) and operable on work devices, personal devices or both, having been acquired through the Defra group sign on portal, using an allowable email domain, as defined by the contracting authority.<br/>The Suppliers Product/Service will be available for up to 33,000 Contracting Authority personnel (which could increase or decrease subject to headcount changes) across Defra group, which comprises of the Core department and up to 12 arms-length bodies and non-departmental public bodies. The Suppliers Product/Service will be made available to all Contracting Authority personnel across the Defra group organisations through a tried and tested single sign-on web-based product. <br/>The contract will be for a maximum of 2 years.
