The NGS STAR/STARlet is a Targeted Workstation for automated High-throughput sequencing also known as next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation. The NGS STAR for Library Prep allows whole genome to whole transcriptome and targeted NGS applications. This includes sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 The hands-free automated system reduces risk of user exposure while providing highly reliable results and are critical to support the testing across Scotland.
