North West (Cumbria) DLO Support Scaffolding Tender

Tender description

We are seeking to appoint up to 3 Scaffolding contractors to provide a scaffolding service for our DLO in the North West. This opportunity will be ideally suited but not restricted to SMEs with an intimate knowledge of the North Lakes area and able to provide a reactive service for one of the countries largest providers of social housing. The contract will be awarded a on a 2+1+1 basis, the reactive nature of this work makes it difficult to predict volumes, however, our current service provider advises that spend on reactive scaffolding is in the order of £150k per annum.
