Tender description

East Ayrshire Council owns and operates 2 household waste recycling centres. One at Western Road, Kilmarnock and one at Garlaff, Cumnock. Both recycling centres offer many disposal and recycling options for our residents within East Ayrshire. We are continually looking for new and innovative ways to capture and recycling further items. We have recently seen a demand for recycling carpets, carpet tiles and underlay. We wish to find a suitable disposal route for these items. Lot 1: As part of the market research we are looking for innovative solutions to safely dispose and recycle carpets, carpet tiles, underlay.
