Tender description

The Council are looking to appoint a Historical Architect o provide full designs and technical drawings/specifications for the refurbishment of the Old Falcon to the end of RIBA stage 3/4. The aim is to gain Planning Permission / Listed Building Consent for a sensitive scheme in keeping with the local area. The final design must be commercially viable scheme for the conversion of the buildings. Mandatory site visits are due to take place on the 16 & 21 November, so please contact us via the portal to arrange an appropriate time for an approx. hour slot.
