Tender description
- To provide risk advice on the approach including consideration of procurement, commercial, state-aid and competition law risks (where relevant) and the structuring of the commercial contract. - Advising on and reviewing draft client competition documents as required. - To provide advice and assistance in the preparation of all of the draft contracts ((x 5) - which includes bespoke and project specific drafting amendments), supporting any negotiations and completing, potentially, 5 sets of contracts (assuming individual suppliers for each Lot are appointment).
