The Combined Authority is seeking to procure a contextual, innovative, interactive, pragmatic and people focused equality impact assessment training for employees, that is designed with the specific nature of the Combined Authority and regional diversity at the forefront. Importantly, the training is a key enabler of meeting our public sector responsibilities, embedding the statutory drivers from the Equality Act 2010, Public Sector Equality Duty, and conducting effective people impact analysis that will also account and integrate the Socio-Economic Duty.
