SOFT MARKET TESTING - NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Derbyshire Direct Payment Support Service supports Derbyshire direct payment recipients with a range of support. Information about the service can be found here: penderelstrust.org.uk/derbyshire.php The provision of this support service helps meet the Council’s prevention duties clearly outlined in the Care Act (2014). The Service is commissioned by Derbyshire County Council (DCC). We are reviewing the Service to support recommissioning of the Service to start in October 2024. As part of the review we would particularly welcome views from potential providers. We want your views on this service and how it can be improved. Your feedback to this questionnaire will help us to develop the Direct Payment Support Service prior to re-commissioning. Please participate by completing and returning the attached documents and by completing the online form, details of which can be found in the attached questionnaire . Please note: This Soft Market Testing is being undertaken to allow input from potential providers and ensure any future services are well designed, efficient, effective, delivering value for money and meeting client’s needs and outcomes. This Soft Market Testing exercise is to determine the capacity of the market to supply the service and the level of interest in the forthcoming service procurement.
