Tender description

The organisation/agency/consultancy will:<br />Strengthening Teachers’ English Proficiency (STEP) Utilising the findings from the needs analysis, design a digital version of the existing STEP course and other resources to<br />• Review all written content for editorial and grammatical errors. <br />• Enhance Module 6: "Moving from Mother Tongue to English" and related sections to emphasise a multilingual approach that supports the transition from the mother tongue to English Language instruction. <br />• Incorporate stronger themes and strategies related to Special Needs and Inclusive Education. <br />• Develop and incorporate more suitable pre- and post-test items to assess learning outcomes effectively. <br />• Design and produce a comprehensive teachers/facilitators guide, complete with tasks and activities. <br />• Provide an extensive guide on creating, managing, and sustaining WhatsApp/Facebook Communities of Practice Groups/Pages. <br />• Align the course material with the standards set by the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) and adjusting the course design accordingly. <br />• Adapt the course material for web and mobile app (Google Play) applications. <br />• Design a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) framework for the STEP programme<br />• Recommend and implement any other necessary adjustments.<br />
