Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to the renewal of 123 kitchens and 24 bathrooms, 2 property re wire, 3 additional WC’s and 1 Walk In Showers in a total of 123 properties. These works are being carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which have identified the kitchens and bathrooms in the affected properties as having reached the end of their life cycle. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
