Tender description

To carry out feasibility and design advice for the Old Library, located in the City of Wrexham, measuring potential economic/social/environmental impacts of options for the Old Library building. Provide a costed plan which will detail all options together with an assessment of their benefits/ disadvantages. Include financial forecast – both revenue and costs overview – net & profit, along with development costs, 10 year profit & loss and Risks together with a strategic delivery programme understanding key milestones for the project. Provide objective recommendations on the long term options for the future use of the Old Library building to enable the appropriate planning approvals to be sought and refurbishments to be implemented.
