Job Title: Neighbourhood Repairs Clerk Rate of Pay: £12.02 - £13.91 per hour (Inside IR35) Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Oldbury, B69 3DE Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Temporary (Agency) 12 weeks with a view to extend Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to work in our Asset Management & Improvement team. Your role will be to provide administrative support dealing with claims for Housing Disrepair. This role includes collating information to respond to Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Disclosure reports, monitoring cases, dealing with enquiries and tracking works orders through our Job Manager system. You will need to be organised, motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a very busy working environment. No DBS is required for this role Please note this advert is also out with our Master Vendor You will receive further information regarding invoice terms if your candidate is appointed to this role. Invoices must be sent electronically on a weekly basis to templink_1@sandwell.gov.uk along with your workers authorised timesheet supplied by your agency.
