HPFT - Employment Advisors in Mid-Essex Talking Therapies (previously IAPT)

Tender description

The NHS Mid Essex Talking Therapies service (previously known as IAPT), delivered by Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT), is procuring a new service that will promote and embed employment support. This is part of a large-scale initiative by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to increase the employment support within NHS Talking Therapies. HPFT is seeking providers who have proven previous NHS experience of supporting people into vocational/employment activities who have used a mental health service. There is an expectation that the successful provider will commence the service from April 2024 with the contract initially running to March 2025 in line with DWP funding. There is an option to extend the contract pending confirmation of funding beyond March 2025. The maximum financial envelope for the service is £280k p/a.
