Tender description

It is our intention to go out to tender in due course for a contract for the effective and robust delivery of an enforcement service for environmental crime issues. The contract is likely to be for 5 years ( 3 + 1 + 1). The contract will be for the delivery of enforcement services for littering and the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). The contract will incorporate all areas of West Northamptonshire with a likely focus on the urban areas. We are keen to seek the view of potential bidders about the preferred length of time for any mobilisation period, so that we can accurately plan our timeline.
