Cranial Plates Tender

Tender description

Additive manufactured, (3D printed) and not pressed, bespoke cranial plates, as designed by North Bristol NHS Trust, in Ti64 titanium alloy. The designs will be shared electronically with the successful tenderer, via an STL file for manufacture. The ability to additive manufacture (3D print) bespoke cranial plates in CPTi (commercially pure titanium) & PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is beneficial (but not a mandatory requirement). It is a mandatory requirement that the plates must be passivated. Average lead time (in the last 12 months), from receipt of order from North Bristol NHS Trust, to the required delivery address (as communicated at time of order), must be 12 working days (or less).
