Adult Social Care in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, like most local authorities, is facing increasing demand for services across all client groups. This is combined with a challenging financial environment, where the council is under significant pressure to set a robust Medium Term Financial Strategy over the next four years. An external partner is required to support a targeted and objective review and structured analysis of demand and cost data to support the development of an underpinning financial model for Adult Social Care in Kingston over the next 4 years. It is expected that this work will be completed in 8 weeks.
