YPO is a national public sector buying organisation, engaging with organisations and suppliers to deliver a wide range of services and compliant routes to market for the public sector. YPO currently manage an array of framework agreements relating to a wide range of service areas. The service areas covered by the HR & People category include apprenticeships, training, occupational health, consultancy & recruitment. It is the HR & People category who are responsible for this Request for Information (RFI). It is our aim to continue to expand our solutions and the choices available to the public sector within our HR frameworks, while offering frameworks which support key agendas, strategies and everchanging requirements. YPO have recently delivered a framework agreement for the recruitment of permanent children’s social workers within the London region. This framework was launched successfully in August 2023, and we are now considering the launch of an international equivalent.
