Lot 1: The project known as REACH (Regional Electronic Ambulance Communications Hub) sought to provide an end to end solution for electronic patient records within an e-health and mobile environment with the patient at the center. The solution sought to replace paper based patient records with digital records to facilitate the communication of these records across the wider health and social care system in Northern Ireland, with the aim of improving patient safety and care
