General activities include project management, cost management, NEC4 supervisory services, project monitoring and procurement. Lot 1: The purpose of this PIN is to gauge market interest in a potential future contract opportunity. Your response to our questions will also inform HIE's procurement strategy ensuring that any procurement route subsequently selected is attractive to the marketplace and will provide a competitive tendering environment for the efficient delivery of any future contract requirements.
