Canterbury CIty Council would like to meet with body builders to discuss the Councils proposed specifications with the aim :- To have a 2 way conversation to allow us to issue final specifications for tendering purposes. This is a soft market testing dialogue. We are looking to procure 4 x 3.5t low floor, 6 x 3.5t caged tipper, 6 x 3.5t tipper Expectations To discuss and consider alternatives if appropriate To get a specification that would meet our needs now and longer term To Achieve A issue a specification that is concise and understood, cost effective and can be delivered Local chassis dealer awareness and support to the process and vehicle life including warranty.
