Invitation to Participate in a Tender Procedure Under Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24 and an Authorisation Scheme for the Provision of Home Support Services. This process was ultimately facilitated by way of an Authorisation Scheme. Please note that as the rates were set by the HSE, and all other criteria were deemed to be mandatory minimums, no award criteria were utilised (the weightings forming this Contract Award Notice are to allow publication of same and did not apply). Each provider will form part of the available budget – for the avoidance of doubt, the overall project value is as stated, and not that value awarded to each company.
