Central Bedfordshire Council invite interested suitable companies that provide housing cleaning services to attend an engagement session to be held at Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5TQ on the 8th November 2023 from 1:30pm – 4:00pm. A presentation pack will be issued prior to the event on request. Members of the Council’s Housing Management and Procurement teams will be in attendance to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME’s. Should you wish to attend the engagement event, please register your interest by 4:00pm on 7th November 2023 to ashley.chrysanthou@oneconsultinggroup.co.uk Lot 1: The Housing Cleaning Services contract will provide planned and reactive services for circa 270 Housing properties ranging from General Needs Accommodation, Sheltered Housing, Independent Living, Transitional Accommodation and Gypsy and Traveller Sites. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive cleaning services, including litter picking and window cleaning.
