Debt Recovery and Enforcement Services.<br />These contracts are being tendered as concession contracts and are below the WTO threshold for the Concession Contract Regulations 2016.<br />Dacorum Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Council’) is inviting tenders under 2 lots.<br /><br />Lot 1 – Council Tax & Business Rates Enforcement will include<br />• Council Tax and Business Rates Recovery<br />• Commercial Rent or Debt Recovery<br />• Debt Collection Services for the Recovery of Sundry Debts including Housing Benefit Overpayments<br />• Housing – the Recovery of former Tenant Debt and Repairs Charges<br />Lot 2 - Traffic Management Warrant Enforcement<br /><br />The initial contract period will commence during April 2024 for a period of 5 years.<br /><br />Minimum Requirements<br />The contractor must be:<br />• A corporate member of the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA)<br />• A corporate member of the British Parking Association (for Lot 2)<br />• Regulated by the Financial Services Authority or related statutory or regulatory body and<br />If the Company is not a corporate member or regulated by one of the aforementioned bodies then all of the operational staff associated with the Council’s work must be a member or regulated by of one of the said bodies.<br /><br />All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home <br />Please submit your completed tender document via the Council’s e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 6 December 2023.
