Tender description

The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to award a contract to a provider to deliver its Communities and Skills Leadership Programme Training, with a particular focus on career progression for Black Asian and Minority Ethnic, and Disabled employees. The successful provider will be required to design, deliver and evaluate the following elements: The Existing Leaders programme (ELP)- to provide an intensive leadership bootcamp in order to create a baseline of leadership expertise enabling existing leaders have an objective insight into their leadership development strengths and challenges. The Future Leadership Development (FLD) - a 12 month Programme enabling future leaders understand their development needs, role model leadership behaviours from the GLA competency framework. The primary focus of the programme will be on developing staff that fall within Global majority and Disabled groups. The successful provider must : Be a London Living Wage employer Demonstrate at least two years' experience delivering leadership programmes Provide training within the M25 as well as have access to training venues/facilities within M25. Be an organisation or consortia whose programme delivery team make-up reflects London's diversity and has lived in experience of the programme participants including representation from global majority and disabilities. The contract will be for 1 year with an option to extend for 1 year +1 year. Full details will be provided in the specification and invitation to tender (ITT) documents.
