Tender description
Hackney Council under the Telecommunications code is required to work with Telecommunication operators to allow access to its properties for surveys and investigations for potential to install telecommunications equipment such as mobile phone masts. There are very specific risks involved with this type of arrangement including but not limited to fire safety breaches, disturbance of asbestos, exposure to harmful radiation, structural damage and limitations to building owners rights of access to its own property.
