Supply of General and Chainsaw Personal Protective Equipment for the Forestry Commission

Tender description

The Forestry Commission require a contract for the supply of both general and chainsaw specialist PPE. The Forestry Commission are currently scoping our requirements to ensure that the specification of requirements and future tender documentation accurately reflects the offerings of the market. We invite companies from the market to register their interest in this future requirement and provide feedback on potential clarifications on the feasibility of our emerging plans. Lot 1: General PPE The Forestry Commission require a contract for the supply of general personal protective equipment (PPE). Such equipment includes, but is not limited to: hard hats, safety goggles, face shields, footwear, high visibility clothing, gloves, forest-wear trousers and jackets. Full details of the range of general PPE will be provided in the tender specification. Lot 2: Chainsaw PPE The Forestry Commission require a contract for the provision of chainsaw personal protective equipment (PPE). Such equipment includes, but is not limited to: chainsaw trousers, boots, gloves, helmets, ear defenders and visors. Full details of the range of chainsaw PPE will be provided in the tender specification.
