Tender description
To provide a new changing places toilet facility at the above location 12.1 Changing Places (CP) toilets are designed for people who cannot use standard accessible toilets. 12.2 The new facility is to be designed and constructed as an extension to the existing WC/Shower facility located on the site. Refer to the accompanying concept drawings for information. 12.3 The facility is to comply with BS 8300:2018 and all current guidance on the design and provision of ‘Changing Places’ facilities. 12.4 Reference is to be made to ‘Changing Places: the practical guide’ document included within the contract information package.
