Tender description

Further Competition KNH003-14-006 - Category number 14 and name Damp and Timber for Mould Eradication Services (the Works) to tenanted and void properties across the district. The contract period shall be from the 20/10/2023 until 31/03/2024 with the option to extend this once for a further eight week period. This Contract was run as a Further Competition from the Dynamic Purchasing System (KNH-003) for Construction Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Ancillary Services. This commenced on the 12th June 2019 for a period of 60 months, with a provision to extend the DPS for up to five (5) further twelve (12) month periods (the "DPS Period") and is therefore open throughout the period of validity of the purchasing system to any economic operator that satisfies the selection criteria. All Suppliers invited to this opportunity passed the minimum requirements of the Dynamic Purchasing System OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 114-278841 for the applicable Categories.
