Tender description

This tender relates to the purchase of "pods" to give people experiencing or at risk of rough sleeping a safe space by providing access to innovative emergency shelter, providing a bed, toilet, warmth and security to guests while affording them dignity and independence. The provision of pods will support the councils ambition to address the needs single homeless people at the earliest opportunity before they become entrenched in homelessness so any episode of homelessness becomes rare, brief and non-recurrent.
