This is a call for tender to select an economic operator to conduct an independent review of the medical services provided to the Defence Forces, in light of the roles assigned to it by Government, and make recommendations on a future model of service provision, including appropriate structures to deliver the service in an efficient, effective and economic manner. Please note that: • tenderers must associate themselves with this Competition in order to access the tender documents, ask and receive clarifications and submit a tender response. This can only be done via login. • all responses must be submitted in a zipped file format. • the Contracting Authority are not in a position to answer queries marked confidential.
