Bristol City Council is seeking expressions of interests from providers to deliver a multi-user licences to utilise digital/online parenting courses from pre-birth to teenager over a 5 year period, deliverable both directly to parents and carers, and to professionals working with parents and carers. The package should have no limit on number of users, and should be able to generate clear reports on uptake and effectiveness.
