A66 Enterprise Project - Traffic Management Works Package The A66 Enterprise partners (Balfour Beatty, Kier, Keltbray & National Highways) are looking to engage a Traffic Management company to design and deliver a Traffic Management package for the delivery of the A66 construction works. The A66 upgrade will see single-lane sections of the 80km stretch between the M6 and A1 made into dual carriageway, while key junctions will be improved. Overall Scope of Works: To partner with the A66 Enterprise to design and deliver the traffic management package inline with the National Highways key drivers of Assurance of Supply, Quality, Regulatory, Ethical & Environmental, Service and Innovation. The traffic management package is critical to the safe and effective delivery of the scheme to programme and within budget. Supplier Selection Methods: We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
