Tender description
AHDB intend to procure a Contract to a successful Supplier for the provision of Office and window cleaning services for their premises in Coventry, West Midlands. AHDB intend to procure a Contract to a successful Supplier for the provision of Office and window cleaning services. The successful supplier will be required to deliver all cleaning tasks (core and optional requirements as described in detail within the Specification of Requirements) and the provision of cleaning equipment required to perform the duties, as well as ensuring value for money for levy payers is provided. AHDB will provide the cleaning materials for this contract (apart from what is required for the window cleaning aspect). This will be a 2 year initial contract with the option to extend by 1+1+1. Suppliers may access the documents by the following link, https://defra-family.force.com/s/Welcome. This is AHDB’s e-Sourcing portal. The contract is due to start on the 1st April 2024.
