Tender description

NLC is currently aware of buildings where RAAC is either known to be present or has the potential to be present. It appreciates that RAAC may affect the structural integrity of its buildings and / or adjoining buildings. To carry out structural surveys and inspections to various buildings built between 1960 and 1990 for the potential of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) included within the construction.
