Tender description
The Council needs to update the economic viability assessment which tests the viability of the policies in the Stamford Hill Area Action Plan (Reg 19). This study will provide robust evidence to inform and support emerging site guidance and will identify whether policy in the plan needs to be updated to ensure the plan is viable and ultimately deliverable.
