Medite Europe DAC are seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of 2 utility vehicles that can be used for transporting parts, tools and personnel around the site to carry out maintenance to planned and unplanned jobs at our premises in Medite Clonmel Co. Tipperary. The proposed vehicles must have a proven track record for reliability and durability and meet the following specifications or be able to offer a comparable alternative as outlined in Appendix 3. Tenderers must provide the following information but not limited to Detailed description of proposed machine to include the manufacturer name, chassis, and full technical specification. An accurate lead time for delivery of the proposed machine Warranty details Details of after sales service offered to be outlined in Appendix 3. Environmental Features An itemised list of recommended spare parts Technical requirements Suitable for 24Hr operation 5 hours runtime per week average, up to 15 hours during maintenance shutdown periods 80 Km per week Fully enclosed cab Flatbed with drop sides 2WD or 4WD Suitable for indoor and outdoor use Robust construction suitable for heavy industrial environment Cargo bed load – 500kg approx. All fuel sources will be considered, such as Diesel, LPG, HVO and battery powered vehicles, candidates can offer more than 1 option in their proposal. Sustainability Candidates are asked to provide information on the fuel consumption and energy efficiency of the vehicles. The offers will be assessed for carbon emissions and environmental impact, as well as other criteria.
