Tender description

Wexford County Council is seeking expressions of interest from a suitable qualified urban-design lead team to prepare a Town Centre First plan for New Ross Town. The plan must promote the process of strengthening social, cultural, economic and environmental life in the town by addressing the opportunities and challenges which New Ross presents. It must also reference the cultural, economic and social history of the town. The plan will be developed following an extensive communication and collaboration process, including thematic consultation workshops, comprehensive assessments and preliminary designs in the area of planning, urban design, landscape architecture, conservation, environment and engineering.
