Provision of Full Building Condition Surveys to Council Owned / Controlled Buildings

Caerphilly County Borough Council has approximately 400 publically accessed sites with several hundred buildings on these sites. The Council has an approved Corporate Asset Management Strategy and, as part of this strategy, a comprehensive and on-going programme of building condition surveys must be developed. This will involve the undertaking of new condition surveys and also the updating, and ongoing maintenance, of existing surveys. The Council appointed a supplier to undertake both Building and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) condition surveys This notice is to inform the market of an award of contract following the tender process being undertaken.
